If moulds are required we will agree how these are to be paid. Mould costs can either be

• Paid for upfront (50% with order then 50% on approval of samples)
• Amortised over an agreed period of time
• In some circumstances we can agree to pay mould costs against 3 year supply agreements (Subject to volumes and product specifications)

EX WORKS
Urathon can deliver ex works China by container. This will mean that you the customer will be responsible for:

• Organising the container
• Getting the container to the port
• All taxes and insurances
• Local delivery charges

Title of goods changes hands at Urathon factory gate China or FOB China port. Customer is the Consignee/Importer. Customer is responsible for organising and payment of Sea freight, Marine Transit Insurance, all duties, taxes, handling, clearance and haulage fees. UEL cannot obtain Marine Transit cover on an EX WORKS basis as the title of the goods change hands in China. Payment terms 45 days from date of invoice.

DDP
Urathon offer a full delivered to your door service which TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING. These costs will all be included in our unit price to you should you choose this option.

Title of goods changes hands at customer premises. Urathon UK is the Consignee/Importer. Urathon UK is responsible for organising and payment of Sea freight, Marine Transit Insurance, all duties, taxes, handling, clearance and haulage fees.

Payment terms 45 days from date of invoice (date goods leave China Plant).  for whole container shipments. Payment terms 30 days from date of invoice if goods despatched from UK Warehouse.

WAREHOUSING AND “JUST IN TIME DELIVERY”
Should you require Urathon to warehouse your products in our 50,000 square foot warehouse in Wiltshire it must be by arrangement. Delivery is on a just in time basis against your written forecast.

Although Urathon owns factories in China we are a UK company who are financially responsible to you in the UK. Our payment terms are:

Deliveries by container:
45 days from date of invoice.

Deliveries from UK Warehouse:
30 days from date of invoice.

Yes, by arrangement with UK office.

Urathon’s uniformed Chinese staff are protected by contracts of employment. The factories are inspected by Health and Safety officers. Kitchens and washrooms are to a high European standard.
