Urathon - About Us

Founded in 1992, by our Managing Director Hugh Sims-Hilditch, Urathon Europe Limited successfully introduced a range of Flat Free Tyres to the UK marketplace. Urathon also now produce a variety of products to ISO9001:2008 standard for the healthcare and other industries. We manufacture in our wholly owned Chinese factories and several joint ventures.

A major part of Urathon's business is manufacturing complete assemblies in China for a wide variety of industries. Product range includes wheelchairs, stairlifts and other items for the rehabilitation market; electric trolleys for the golf industry; weight carrying trolleys for the fishing market; a wheeled, hand pushed plough for the agricultural market and many others.
