Material Covered PU Foam

Flame retardant PU foam can be attached to plastic or plywood and then covered with high quality flame retardant material.

Moulded PU Foam

Manufacturing process involves pouring foaming chemicals into specially shaped moulds and then allowing a reaction to take place. The product the takes on the shape of the mould cavity in which it was produced.

Vacuum Formed PU Foam

The vacuum forming technology is used to combine the outer cover and the PU material into a one piece design.
The latest designs use this process by forming the Polyurethane onto plywood. The plywood back is the covered with plastic creating a neat clean hygienic finish.
Soft PU Gel can also be inserted within designated areas in the mould cavity.

Self Skinning PU Foam

Self skinning PU foam is used in the manufacture of products such as arm rest pads and small PU supports like headrests, stump boards and calf pads.
